Subvera is a music production service offering sound analysis, music production, and mixing & mastering at subverastudio.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

When you fill out our contact or intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you include it), and the service you are interested in.

If you use the artist portal, we use your email address to send you a secure sign-in link and to display your projects.

When you make a payment, it is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address so we can give you access to what you purchased.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you request, keep you updated on your project, and occasionally share new releases or offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers

We share information only with the providers we rely on to operate the studio, including Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for the artist portal and secure storage of your project files, and only as needed for them to perform their services. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We retain your information for as long as we are working together, or as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us. We will respond as promptly as we can. If you are a California or EU resident, you may have additional rights over your data; contact us and we will assist.
